Owners of real property as of June 22 paid to the state budget of 35 million UAH of taxes.

“As of June 20 payers already paid 35 million UAH of taxes from physical persons. Physical persons the tax is paid within 60 days from the date of delivery of the tax notification-decision”, – stated in the message.

According to a report in the current year physical persons-owners of real estate formed about 620 thousand tax notices-decisions on the tax on immovable property other than land.

To pay defined tax for a total amount of more than UAH 370 million. The largest amount of tax assessed in Khmelnytskyi region – 42 million UAH, Lviv – UAH 33 million and Vinnytsia – UAH 29 million.

Fiscal service reminded that this year the real estate tax payers are paying for 2016 at the rates and with the use of the benefits that have been legally defined in this period. So, the tax is charged on the total floor area of residential and non-residential property, including their shares. The tax rates established by decisions of local councils.
