A Russian court has left under arrest of the property of confectionery factory Roshen in Lipetsk region until March 13. The decision was taken by Moscow city court.
Thus, the court rejected the appeal complaint of the representative of the company, who asked to cancel the interim measure. “The decision of the Basmanny court on December 9 to leave without change, appeal to lift the seizure of property to leave without satisfaction”, – announced the judge of the Moscow city court.
The arrest was effected on 14 properties, given the finished goods warehouse, four workshops, and a utility building housing and seven land plots with a total area of 700 thousand square meters.
Recall, January 20, Roshen Corporation has decided to stop production activities of the Lipetsk confectionery factory. It was noted that this decision was made for economic and political reasons.
In turn, Russia has allowed the restart of the factory Roshen.
