Cords called himself a tennis player and thought Eurovision is a bloated competition.
The leader of group “Leningrad” Sergey Shnurov spoke of “Eurovision” as overrated in Russia the competition.
The opinion he expressed in an interview.
“Is this some kind of political game. Much hyped, overrated obviously, we have competition. It’s not my game. I’m a tennis player, but that’s football. I don’t follow what is happening there,” said the musician, when he was asked to comment on the ban on entry to Ukraine of Russian participant of “Eurovision” Yulia Samoilova.
