Avakov overcharged at least 7.5 thousand$ for each police car.
The Ministry of internal Affairs, purchasing vehicles for the police Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV even after the discount will pay the dealer 7, 5 thousand dollars per vehicle.
This was announced by the businessman and public figure Alexey Tamrazov who calculated how much it will cost the police new cars on his page on Facebook.
“About the new prices on the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV.
As already known, the new price is approximately 1,313 million UAH per unit. Let me remind you that this is the second price reduction Treaty on 14 December 2016. The first reduction was $ 1 million. Not quite clear why it was made. The second, more significant – about 124 million UAH.
Or just the price of 1.3 million UAH for the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV?
Given the cost of additional equipment, about 50 thousand UAH, the car itself is worth about 46.5 thousand dollars. (At the selling rate of the dollar on the interbank market on the date of payment 28.12.16).
46.5 thousand dollars for the base model for the police – it’s expensive.
Expensive not because it’s silly to buy for the money car for the police, but because even in 46.5 thousand dollars – about 8 thousand dollars extra.
Again, comparison with the German price, because all other models of Mitsubishi in Ukraine, for some reason, are almost the same with Germany.
I bought a similar car (even better specification, which is specified in the contract TSOP of national police) for 35 thousand euros including all taxes in Germany, without any government subsidies (anyone can do).
The car (this model) is produced only in Japan. In Germany, he overcomes almost the same way as in Ukraine. At the price of 35 thousand euros, already paid: 10% duty and 19% VAT, the earnings to the local importer and dealer.
We have the only difference is that the excise tax. It’ll be an extra 600 euros with VAT. The base car in Ukraine, under similar conditions of sale (I bought at retail, one car on order with a 10% Deposit) would have to cost no more 36 thousand Euro. It is about 39 thousand dollars. Not at all 46.5.
100% prepayment and order 635 auto, would result in additional discounts, and not Vice versa.”
