Russian rapper Vasily Vakulenko (Basta) won’t be able to speak today in Odessa.
This was announced by the organizers of the concert in the social network “Instagram”.
“Basta concert will not take place. The return of pre-purchased tickets are available at the places of their acquisition. We apologize for any inconvenience!”, – the organizers wrote.
