Among the Bank’s clients – leaders of illegal armed groups.
Employees of the security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has terminated the activities of illegal sumac contact center, organized at the direction of one of the Russian commercial banks.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry.
“The operators of the call center accept applications from residents of Russia, as well as the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk region and annexed Crimea. The focus of Sumy structure was crediting individuals and legal entities, the personal and the constituent data of which was transferred to Moscow… All operations for reaccrediting in Ukraine of the Russian Bank took place over the Internet services and IP telephony. Coordination of the contact centre was carried out from the main office of the Bank in Moscow”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that field investigators of SBU found out that he organized an illegal call centre by order of top management of the Bank, one of the Kiev businessmen. Amounts have been selected dealers to optimize costs of the Bank. Underground the contact center for a minimal fee worked for the local students, who were fired after the “trial period”.
During searches in several rented premises the police seized computer equipment and documents that prove the transfer of personal data of citizens in the Russian Federation.
According to the secret service, among the Bank’s clients – leaders of illegal armed groups and fake “government agencies” terrorist organizations “DNR” and “LNR”.
Open criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 258-5 (financing of terrorism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine, carried out operational-investigative actions.
According to the SBU, organized illegal call center is one of Kiev’s business. In the contact center for a minimal fee worked for the local students, who were fired after the “trial period”.
