Sysertsky district of Sverdlovsk oblast court convicted a local resident Vladimir Smagin in the murder of his son Alexis. This was reported on the website of the regional Prosecutor’s office Thursday, November 9.
A man received a sentence of six years and four months imprisonment.
According to the case file, 17 may Smagina with friends drank alcohol in the country. Between father and son had a conflict. The first went into the house, took from the safe hunting rifle, loaded it and shot son in the chest.
From the resulting exit wound Alexey Smagin on the same day died in hospital.
“In the course of the trial of Vladimir Smagin, tried to evade punishment for the murder, saying that he wanted to kill the son”, — stated in the message of Prosecutor’s office.

About the reason which led to the killing of the conflict in the press service of the regional Supervisory Department told RIA “New day.” “The son complained to the father due to the fact that he had little time to raising her daughter, his sister,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
