The state Duma finally approved a bill to ban anonymity on the messengers, which provides for the mandatory identification of users.
In the state Duma said that the users who now will assign the subscriber number will be disconnected from messenger on the court.
The document will enter into force on 1 January 2018.
As reported, on Friday, the state Duma also adopted in the third reading of the bill, which prohibits funds to bypass locks on the Internet.
