In Kaliningrad 29-year-old local resident has set fire to the main Christmas tree of the city. This action man has sought to attract attention and to solve personal problems.
Kalinigradets tree poured flammable liquid from a plastic bottle and set on fire. The attacker was stopped by a citizen who was walking near the tree with the family, and held until the arrival of police. Then the detainee was taken to the duty part and began to find out all circumstances of incident.
