Journalists ‘ questions concerned the compensation for kindergarten.
The Governor of the Kaliningrad region Anton Alikhanov said “how!“ asked by reporters why the regional government has no plans to recover compensation for kindergarten.
He later explained that many recipients of social benefits do not need them.
In the Kaliningrad region in the end of 2016 abolished compensation payments for part of the parental costs for services of kindergartens.
Compensation is only preserved for low-income parents. Then the government reduced payments to the birth of her second child.
Reporters asked the Governor whether there was any recovery of compensation. Alikhanov said.
