At the same time Moscow “beyond emotions” and will continue to seek forms for productive dialogue with the United States, said Ryabkov.
Moscow sees Washington as a source of danger and act on that understanding, he stressed the Deputy Minister.

As explained Ryabkov, Russia has repeatedly sent a signal to the US about a possible response to anti-Russian sanctions and hopes that it reached the addressee in Washington.
