In particular, young people are threatened with non-recognition of diplomas obtained in higher educational institutions of Ukraine; carries out educational work and threatened to open criminal proceedings for minor offences with a prohibition to leave the place of residence.
For departure from the occupied territories potential recruits need to have a large number of certificates, receipt of which is especially complicated, – noted in press service.
The intelligence added that the militants have disease problems. In particular, the terrorists have imposed quarantine because of an increase in cases of infectious diseases in the ranks of the individual units “of the 9th separate motorized rifle assault Marines (Novoazovsk) 1 AK”.
