Baste allowed to speak in Kiev and Odessa
Popular Russian rapper Basta (Vasily Vakulenko), which in 2015 were in the annexed Crimea, June 17, will make a presentation of a new album in Kiev.
And the next day, June 18, the concert will be held in Odessa. Journalists edition of “Apostrophe” asked the SBU to find out whether it had taken the decision to ban the performer from Russia to enter Ukraine in violation of Ukrainian legislation. “As of 20 April 2017, a decision to ban entry to Ukraine of the specified person, the security Service of Ukraine not accepted”, – said the Agency.
