By 6 March a Declaration of bankruptcy will remain without consideration, as it was incorrectly issued.
The Deputy of the state Duma of the seventh convocation Andrey Palkin, whose declared income for 2015 was $ 1.5 billion, has addressed in court with the statement for bankruptcy.
Statement Palkina arrived in Arbitration court of the Arkhangelsk region. Until March 6, the court left him without movement because of an incorrect design.
In particular, said the court’s decision, Palkin has not provided documents confirming the existence of the debt to the interregional distribution grid company of the North-West. The amount of debt not disclosed.
The court ordered Palkin to submit proof of sending copies of the application on bankruptcy creditors bankruptcy, the authorized body (territorial body of Federal tax service of Russia) by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
