Ryanair raises Borispol International airport requirements, according to which he will fly to Kiev, but which do not correspond to the Ukrainian legislation.
This was stated by the head of the airport Paul Ryabikin during a press conference in Kiev.
“First: they are demanding that the disputed issues were resolved in the London arbitration, applying the London law. We insist that questions should be resolved through legal proceedings in the Ukrainian courts,” he said.
Also Ryabikin gave a number of ultimatums of the carrier, do not comply with Ukrainian legislation. Among them, free air navigation, front Desk, taxi stand, area under advertising, ticketing offices, the requirement to 60 days credit from the airport and paid 35% of the profits from the activities of duty-free shops, securing passenger fee in the amount of $7.5 for 5 years.
Earlier Ryabikin said that because of the ultimatum Borispol Ryanair may incur losses of UAH 2 bn.
