Representatives of the Special monitoring of the OSCE mission in Donbas had noticed the loss of the banned weapons of the separatists in places of its constant storage, and faced with denied access at one of these places.
According to the latest report of the OSCE mission, October 21 at the uncontrolled government areas, the observers noted that there are still missing two anti-tank guns (MT-12 “rapier”, 100 mm), 12 self-propelled howitzers (2S1 Carnation 122 mm) and 11 MLRS (BM‑21).
On the same day at the allotted heavy weapons member of the armed Pro-Russian groups “DNR” refused to SMM patrol in the access part of the complex, referring to the orders of their commanders.
