Ukraine took the 64th place in the rating of social progress.
In the annual ranking of American Social Progress Imperative, Ukraine took the 64th place out of 128 countries.
It should be noted that Ukraine in social progress was ahead of such countries as, for example, Jamaica, Peru, Colombia, Malaysia or Albania.
In the study, the Social Progress Index, the experts assessed the countries according to the following criteria: medicine, sanitary conditions, living conditions, education, access to technology, freedom of choice and speech, tolerance and human rights.
As a result, Ukraine took the 64th place of Belarus in the ranking was in the 65th position, Russia – 67.
The rest of our neighbors positions much better. Poland in the index of socially progressive countries was on the 32nd place, Latvia – on the 34th, and Lithuania – in the 35th.
The leader of the rating became Denmark. In second place is Finland, which last year was the leader. In third place Iceland and Norway.
