The Prosecutor’s office announced in tracing the “Deputy Minister of state security”, “LPR”

“Official” is hiding from the courts and prosecutors.

Lugansk region Prosecutor’s office announced in tracing the so-called “Deputy state security Minister” “LNR”.

As reported by the press service of the Prosecutor, the citizen of Ukraine in 2015 gave consent to the appointment of the so-called “Deputy state security Minister” “LNR”, and still organizes the operation and activities of “the office” publishes “documents” binding.

Because the suspect is hiding from investigation authorities and the court on uncontrollable the Ukrainian power territories of the Luhansk region, he is wanted, on the basis of the decision of the investigating judge initiated a special pre-trial investigation, said the Prosecutor’s office.

The so-called “Deputy Minister of state security”, “LC” charged with part 1 of article 258-3 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (participation in terrorist organization), which provides for punishment of imprisonment for the term from 8 till 15 years with confiscation of property or without it.
