“The suspects, after examination into the accused”.
The General Prosecutor’s office completed the investigation of criminal proceedings on the murder of journalist and writer Oles Elder.
This follows from the statements of the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko during the report in Parliament.
“In the case of Elderberry, the suspects, after examination into the accused, and soon this case, after reviewing the materials, go to court,” he said.
Recall that the Elder was killed on 16 April 2015 in Kiev in the yard of an apartment house in which he lived.
Two suspects of a crime – Andrey Medvedko and Denis Polishchuk was arrested June 18 and arrested. However, at the end of 2015, they were placed under house arrest, and in the spring of 2016, they chose a measure of restraint not involving deprivation of liberty.
