At the working meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers Mikhail Mishustin rather rigidly expressed about the situation in the sphere of online trading. He noted that after the introduction of the isolation the residents of the regions have become much more actively to use remote services, such as delivery of food and goods at home. At the same time, entrepreneurs involved in this business, periodically face unreasonable obstacles.
“Service and companies that do this, are doing everything to help people to organize self-isolation, facilitate the solution of domestic issues. Instead of supporting these companies, in some places hinder the work of the carriers and retailers – up to the fact that stopping a truck at the entrance to the regions and even close the points of issue of orders preventing the couriers to deliver them to the people. Such a lot of complaints,” said the Prime Minister.
Michael Mishustin has reminded that the government’s decision to suspend the offline retail, non food and essential commodities and does not apply to online trading.
“It is simply unacceptable to complicate their work, unjustified bans. Need to establish clear and reasonable rules for companies that conduct this business. In the current situation it is necessary to think first about how to protect the health of people, to help them to organize life in terms of self-isolation, and do not create this interference,” he added.
The Prime Minister announced that an important decision in support of small and medium business. Routine checks of hard-working entrepreneurs in this area cancelled. Also, according to mishustina, will be severely limited grounds for unscheduled inspections.
