The prices of apartments in new buildings in Kiev has grown

Relative to February, the average cost increased by 1.2%.

The average price of apartments in new buildings in Kiev in March 2019 made 24593 UAH/sq. m. Relative to February, the average cost increased by 1.2%. For the year average cost of 1 sq m of apartments in new buildings of Kyiv rose by 1.9%.

The decrease in average prices over the past month was observed in the following areas:

– Darnytskyi (0.1%);
– The crypt (4.4%) regions.

Price change by class of primary real estate compared to February amounted to:

– economy class – an increase of 1.2% to UAH 19935./sq. m;
– comfort class – an increase of 0.6% to UAH 22731./sq. m;
– business class – an increase of 2.1% to UAH 37539./sq. m;
– premium class – a decline of 0.4% to 56348 UAH./sq. m.

20% of homes higher price segment weighted average bid price equaled UAH 38535./square meters, and in 20% of homes low price segment – 17655 UAH./sq. m.
