The controversial President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte negatively spoke about the University of Oxford after the publication of incriminating educational institution for policy research.
Scientists from Oxford University in the UK published a study which stated that Rodrigo Duarte in 2016, paid $ 200,000 for “cyberarmies” that was engaged in increasing its popularity in social networks during the election campaign.
