The President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte said that at the age of 16 killed a man. He stated this on Thursday during a summit of the Asia-Pacific economic cooperation in the Vietnamese city of da Nang.
“When I was a teenager, I was 16, I killed someone. It was a fight, stabbing. I stabbed him,” said Duterte.
As you know, Duarte won the presidential election in 2016, promising to eradicate the drug trade unprecedented repression. Since its inauguration, was killed about 4 thousand people. Many argue that Duterte organized campaign of extrajudicial killings. He denies such accusations.
