In the Russian city of Ufa on 4 September heavy rain with hail flooded several streets, the city is literally “floated”.
The footage, published by the local residents in social networks, people are seen waist-deep in water and cars submerged almost to the roof.
According to local emergency departments, due to bad weather has been flooded more than 10 streets flooded train station.
Also in Ufa stream of water at the intersection was demolished a couple with a child in the stroller. They came to the aid of the driver of the bulldozer that his car blocked the flow.
