Photos of Jews in the eyes of al Kacyzne.
Once there lived a man with a funny name Alter Kacyzne. He was a writer and playwright and sometimes poet.
A couple of his plays were on the Warsaw stage, and he was also the Chairman of the Jewish PEN club. But favorite art for him was a picture. His Studio in Warsaw was the attraction, and the archive consisted of hundreds of portraits of Polish celebrities and ordinary citizens, scenic photos and urban sketches. In addition, he often went on trips with a camera in the country.
And yet he was a lovely family — wife and daughter.
