Violinist Chuvash state Symphony Capella Andrey Osipov was detained right during a rehearsal of the orchestra and taken to the police Department. His colleagues filmed the whole process on the phone and posted on the Internet.
In the video the COP is being polite, but Osipov refused to go to the Department voluntarily, so you have to lead him by the arm. The detainee explains that he went to the meeting on 26 March against corruption, because “Medvedev stole our billions.”
