People’s Deputy Maxim Polyakov (faction “national front”) for the third time refused to wear an electronic monitoring anklet, according to the Prosecutor of the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office Maxim Kravchenko.

Polyakov also facing a case in connection with the refusal to wear an electronic bracelet (article 382 of the Criminal code of Ukraine – intentional non-performance of the judgment).
Polyakova suspected of bribery – the Deputy demanded money, according to investigators, in exchange for the promotion of the bill about the conditions of production of amber in the interests of the company “Fujairah” from the UAE. The MP could face up to 12 years in prison. 11 July, Parliament lifted the immunity Polyakova, but was not allowed to detain and arrest.
