Recall that the attempted coup in Luhansk occurred on 21 November.
The reason was the conflict between the leader “LNR” Igor Plotnitsky and “interior Minister” of the self-proclaimed Republic Igor Cornet.
Around midday on 21 November, the centre of Lugansk was surrounded by unknown persons in camouflage. They said they were acting on the orders of the “Minister of internal Affairs of LNR” Igor Cornet. The whole day the Central streets were blocked, and the building of the “Ministry” drove bronetransportery.
By evening it became known that on the territory of “Lugansk people’s Republic” consisted of several dozen pieces of military equipment. Lugansk residents from their Windows watched the column of transport moving through the streets of one of the neighborhoods.
