Bad weather has already claimed the life of one man.
Heavy rain caused floods on the Philippine island of Mindanao. Due to bad weather conditions, one person died. More than 12 thousand local residents were evacuated.

Near the city of Zamboanga rose a wind storm and heavy rains led to river flooding. The floods caused damage to rice fields and infrastructure of the island, destroyed at least 200 houses.
