Prosecutors have sought access to documents of PrivatBank in the case of bankruptcy.
This is stated in the decision of the Pechersk district court of July 13, 2017.
As stated in the decision, the General Prosecutor’s office requested access to the documents that constitute the banking secrecy on Bank accounts Bank in respect of legal persons. the List of entities whose accounts will be checked, given in the court order.

As stated in the document, the scheme had attracted the owners and leaders of a number of business entities, as well as representatives of the ultimate owners of a number of foreign companies that are associated persons of the banks.
