Stylish and functional.
GASPARBONTA Studio designed the interior for men in Budapest, Hungary. The customer chose a perfect living space from many in the real estate market. His main requirements were a Central location, the small size and compact layout. This apartment of 62 square meters to set him up perfectly, and the architects managed to create unique atmosphere and functionality.
Apartments can be divided into three blocks: guest area with bedroom and bath; living area with kitchen, dining room and bar; a master bedroom with walk-in closet. Spacious and bright hallway connects the two units and a private area of the owner is hidden behind a partition with a sliding door. It is made in two levels where the bottom is arranged dressing room, and upstairs bed.
Retaining and exposing the original brick wall, the architects have diluted its simple geometry, constructions of wood, iron and glass. As a distinguishing feature of the male character are the personal belongings of the owner, including plates, strong drinks and beautiful architectural photography of the authorship of his grandfather. So it turned out a perfect “den” for a bachelor.
