In “Kyivenergo” shared instruction.
Since the end of March 2018 customers “Kyivenergo” can use a new service for heating and hot water – public account Viber.
Now Viber customers “Kyivenergo” can share readings of individual metering of heating and hot water, and monitor the status of payments using the “payment records”. In the future, “Kyivenergo” plans to expand the functionality of the messenger to make the customers more comfortable.
To use a new service, do one of the following steps:
Find public account “Kyivenergo” in the Viber: go to “Public”, type in the search bar “Kyivenergo” and subscribe.
Go to messenger at the link https://viber.com/kyivenergo.
Scan the QR code.
As a reminder, to transmit the meter readings of the heating and hot water needed each month for the last weeks. In addition to the new service Viber, this can be done using a personal account on the hot water and heating in the contact center “Kyivenergo” on my new phone (044) 202-15-53 in automatic mode with the help of IVR (item 2 in the main menu) at any customer service centre or in paper bill, putting them in the column for self-priming when paying for services via banking institutions.
