The people of Kiev are preparing a “surprise” in the payment for heating

The first winter bills for heating will come from the allocation for the last heating season.

The first winter bills for heat, the people of Kiev will receive with the revised estimates for the previous heating season. Therefore, amounts in the payment can both increase and decrease.

Thus, in the first the receipts for the warmth this heating season to residents about 330 houses of Kiev will bring in bills in the column “accrued” and “recalculation”. In the “recalculation” will reflect the amount of payments for heating last winter. Moreover, the amount can be either positive (surcharge) or negative (overpayment), said in Kyivenergo.

“The allocation is the adjustment of the amount to be paid for heating after the end of the last heating season, and transfer of readings of house and apartment meters for heat, as well as adjustments to data after inspection of the heating space. Thus, the calculations customers with the power company for the consumption of services will be correct,” — noted in Kyivenergo.

The allocation, according to the company, will be carried out if:

– tenants did not provide or provided incorrect readings of the meter housing prior periods of accrual will adjust throughout your home after obtaining actual readings;
– at the end of last heating period discrepancies (volumes previously held charges during the season 2016/2017. not coincide with the data of archival testimony) on the basis of which is the redistribution of readings of metering devices of heat and adjusted accruals for all residents of the house;
– the estimated beginning of the period of service the Central heating does not coincide with the actual (sometimes it happens due to the lack of access to the basement, where is the counter) are recalculated;
– opened or closed account, installed or dismantled counters, changed the date of commissioning of apartment heating meters, identified areas with independent heating, etc.;
– owners of apartment heating meters, which previously gave evidence, reported the actual testimony – adjusted accruals to all the inhabitants of the house;
– during checks have revealed a mismatch distribution of the number of gigacalories to non-residential and residential premises or real heating the area specified in the project documentation of the building, recalculation of the whole house;
– changed the info about the heated area of the premises identified, or unaccounted for area during inspections.

The company was reminded that transmit the meter readings of heat and hot water needs during the last week of each month.
