Kiev residents who live in homes without meters, will pay for heating reduced by 18%.

“The cost of heating in February was of 27.08 UAH/sq m for a standard cost 32,97 UAH/sq m”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that the calculation was carried out in accordance with the decision taken in November 2016, the Cabinet of Ministers No. 865, according to which the cost of centralized heating in homes without meters are calculated according to the average consumption of homes with meters.
In “Kyivenergo” noted that the volume consumed by the home heat depends on air temperature (the colder, the more heat required to heat the home) and energy efficiency of the building. Data on the amount of thermal energy consumed by each of the capital building with a counter, indicate monthly payment for heating.
