According to observers, the first explosion occurred in the so-called headquarters of the Pro-Russian mercenaries.
Observers Special monitoring mission of the OSCE reported details of explosions in the occupied Lugansk, which occurred July 7, 2017. This was reported today by the press service of the mission.
“In the afternoon of 7 July, in Lugansk the observers heard two explosions. At about 15:27 the mission team heard the first explosion about 200 m South-East from your location. According to estimates, the explosion occurred near the building on the square of heroes of the great Patriotic War, 10A, used by militants as a headquarters,” – said the press service.
Later observers saw the scene of the explosion on the street 3rd Donetsk, 1/2, was surrounded by Pro-Russian mercenaries in the form of police-type, with the consequence that they failed to fix anything.
“After about 90 minutes, being on the southeastern outskirts of Luhansk, members of the patrol mission heard another explosion about 2 km to the North-West, blasts, further evaluation, on the street kotsyubinskogo 6, roughly 150 metres North of the previous explosion. The mission clarifies the reports that the explosion left one person dead and several injured,” – said the press service.
