The first Deputy head of the Special monitoring mission of OSCE in Ukraine Alexander hug warns of the inevitability of escalation of the conflict in the Donbass.
According to hug, the SMM recorded 86 violations of the diversion of forces and means from the separation line in the Donbass, the equipment is in the immediate vicinity along the line of contact.
“This leads not only to violations of the cease-fire (and last week we recorded 3286 of such violations), and inevitably leads to an increase in the number of violations in the future. As confirmed by the experience and as our warnings in each case, escalation is inevitable”, – quotes the Interfax-Ukraine.
According to hug, the conflict incite those who volunteered to solve it.
“SMM does not search for the perpetrators. 505 observers report the facts… the Facts are clear – the parties have not taken arms, had not held a clearance,” he noted.
