The OSCE reported that many civilians were injured in the Donbas in September

Suffered the fewest civilian during the conflict.

OSCE special representative in the trilateral contact group in Minsk, Martin Sajdik, stated that the group will make every effort to ensure the indefinite ceasefire in the Donbass.

He noted that due to the so-called school bread and a truce since June, consistently and significantly reduced the number of victims among the civilian population.

“According to UN data, in September the number of civilian casualties was the lowest for all time of the conflict – two killed and 16 wounded,” – said Sajdik.

He noted that the important joint efforts of all parties.

According to Sajdik, the sub-group on security discussed in Minsk the issues of observance of the ceasefire, separation of forces and means, the withdrawal of heavy weapons, protection of civilian infrastructure and the creation around them of safety zones.

The next meeting of TAG scheduled for October 18.
