The militants of the so-called LNR are preparing for combat operations near occupied Pervomaisk.
According to the report of the OSCE observers posted on the organization’s website, the checkpoint 800 metres from Pervomaisk 1 June, the militants set three anti-tank barriers that partially blocked the road.
Also, observers noticed the unarmed men who were digging trenches. In the second half of the day on the place was already dug two trenches which converged to the middle of the road. Travel between them was two meters. The path was also blocked by a wooden Board with five anti-tank mines.
The next day, 2 June, OSCE observers saw at the same checkpoint three barriers along the two booms housed a wooden Board with six anti-tank mines (TM-62).
The report says that present at the place of the officer of the Joint center for control and coordination (JCCC) took a picture of the fence. He pointed to the militants that such actions are violations of the Framework agreement about the dilution of forces and means. The officers promised to seize the mines until June 3.
