In occupied Donetsk, the OSCE mission has zafiksirovano move tanks.
This is stated in the official report of the Special monitoring mission of the OSCE on the situation in the East of Ukraine.
The report says that the mission was seen 6 km to the East of the center of Donetsk on the truck-platform, carrying T-72 tank.
Also the SMM observed in armoured vehicles and fresh tracks, estimated as the residue from tanks.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that Kiev needs to allow the OSCE mission in Debaltsevo.
