The OSCE has not yet commented on the information about the Russians in the list of observers.

Later Ukraine has addressed to OSCE with the request to send an observation mission for the presidential elections, warning that applications from the Russian observers will not be considered.
Russia has said that it intends to seek the presence of its observers at the presidential elections in Ukraine.
