The OSCE has told, militants observers were not allowed

В ОБСЕ рассказали, куда боевики не пустили наблюдателейThe terrorists put forward the “new requirements” to visit the temporarily occupied settlements of Donbass.

At the checkpoint close temporarily occupied settlement Ozeryanovka, 35 kilometres North-East of Donetsk, the militants demanded that the special observers monitoring mission of the OSCE written permission of the leaders of the militants. About it reports a press-service of the mission.

Terrorists on 8 January said that the observers are supposedly not allowed to continue in the direction Ozeryanovki without written permission. “About 20 minutes after the intervention of the “leadership” of the armed forces team SMM was allowed to proceed further”, – said the press service.

5 January at the checkpoint near Starolaspa (51 km South of Donetsk – ed.) three militants did not allow the patrol mission to travel in a westerly direction to the village Novolaspa on the grounds that the alleged “continuing fire activity and road conditions are unfavorable”.

January 6, at the checkpoint in Staromykhailivka (15km West of Donetsk – ed.), the Pro-Russian mercenaries did not allow observers to travel to the settlement, citing “the lack of prior notice of intent, SMM and impassable roads due to winter weather.”
