In the area of ATO due to the use of heavy weapons could resume intensive phase of the battle.
This was stated by the OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier.
“What we see in different areas (conflict zone in Donbas, – “24”) is the so – called “kinetic energy”, during which used mostly light weapons. However, in some cases there are also explosives, and this means that they also use mortars or other heavy weapons, which is a violation of the “regime of silence” – said Zannier.
According to the Secretary General of the OSCE, militants in the occupied territory has been an intensification of certain actions of the Russian mercenaries. The situation remains extremely unclear, but because there is a likelihood that you will begin again intense battles.
