The OSCE has called the most intense points in the Donbass

Most violations of the cease-fire in Eastern Ukraine takes place in areas in the South-West, the South and South-East of Svetlodarsk, areas to the East and North East of Mariupol and the triangle Avdeevka–Yasinovataya–Donetsk airport, said in the report of SMM OSCE published on the website of the Organization.

“The security situation in Eastern Ukraine remains tense. For the period from 18 September to 1 October, the OSCE SMM has recorded a slight increase in the number of violations of the cease-fire, which was concentrated in three hot spots: areas in the South-West, South and South-East of Svetlodarsk; areas to the East and North East of Mariupol; triangle Avdeevka–Yasinovataya–Donetsk airport”, – stated in the message.

The mission also noted a decrease in the number of victims among the civilian population.

“During the reporting period, the observers confirmed cases of wounds 7 civilians. Therefore, the total number of victims among the civilian population in 2017 is 394 persons, particularly the 69 killed,” – said the OSCE.

In General, the composition of the OSCE SMM of the total composition in 1078 man now has 600 international observers throughout Ukraine, almost 550 of them in the East.
