The OSCE has documented the techniques of the fighters.
OSCE observers on the basis of aerial observations found the temporarily uncontrolled territories of Donbass, a significant number of heavy weapons fighters.
This is stated in the mission report.
“The lines of drainage, but outside of storage sites according to aerial observations on March 5, revealed 64 tanks in “DPR” – controlled Ternove S. (57 km East from Donetsk),” – said in the report of SMM.
It is noted that on March 5, one armored vehicle near the village.Bojko (ex. Telmanovo, 67 km South-East of Donetsk), 12 armored vehicles near the village Nameless (30 km East of Mariupol) and 40 armoured vehicles near Donetsk.
In addition, on the same day discovered at least 12 tanks in the region of Donetsk and two, presumably, tanks or self-propelled howitzers near-controlled so-called “DNR” town.Sofiivka (ex. Karlo-Marksove, 40 km North-East of Donetsk), located there is a violation of the respective withdrawal lines.
The OSCE also stated that the occupied territory of the Luhansk region near the Youth was recorded two anti-aircraft guns (ZU-23), near the city of gold – two command and staff armored vehicles and two BMP-1 near Luhansk.
