The OSCE has left from the answer to the question of the admission of voters to the election of the President of Russia in Ukraine
“In fact, voting in elections in another country is regulated by bilateral agreements between countries. I don’t know of any international standards in this area. There are bilateral agreements on the organization of voting between countries, so we are not the kind of organization that would this [statement of the authorities of Ukraine] to comment”, – said the press Secretary Thomas Rymer.
As reported, on Friday, the head of the MIA of Ukraine Arsen Avakov said that Russian citizens with the exception of persons with diplomatic status, on March 18 will not pass in the Russian diplomatic mission to the presidential elections of the Russian Federation.
Meanwhile, Russia began voting in the presidential election. The first polling stations opened in Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and Kamchatka Krai. Voting takes place from 8:00 to 20:00 local time.
