The film has long been known under the working title “Saw: the Legacy” (Saw: Legacy), but in the end the choice was made in favor of the Jigsaw. Including and also because at the time, the creators of the original film, James WAN and Leigh Wannell it and wanted to name their offspring.
The film is already quite long over, the project is in the stage of “post-production” world premiere is scheduled for 27 October 2017.
