This was announced during a briefing in Kiev, the chief of staff, Deputy chief of the General staff of the Armed forces of Ukraine Artur Artemenko.
“Today, by law, limit the size of the Armed forces is 250. This figure is justified … As in any army, the more people the better, but we can’t break the law, so today the Armed forces are on maximum limit of the number that is the number that I called,” said Artemenko.
According to him, in the future the number of military who will be called, will be correlated with the amount discharged from military service.
