The main innovation is the support of UHD videoder Intel Graphics integrated in Intel Core processors of the 9-th generation.
The web portal TechPowerUp responsible for the development and support of popular diagnostic utility GPU-Z, announced the release of the next version of the program number 2.14.0. As stated in the description, the main innovation of this version is support for UHD videoder Intel Graphics integrated in Intel Core processors of the 9th generation family of Coffee Lake Refresh.
In addition, GPU-Z 2.14.0 implemented improved algorithm of calculating Pixel Fillrate and Texture Fillrate due to the accounting values of the frequency in Turbo Boost mode, not only the base frequencies. This is particularly useful for integrated accelerators for which the difference between these values is very significant. This also applies to the new Nvidia GeForce RTX 2000 series.
Finally, in this version the work was carried out over a number of minor bugs. Full list of changes is as follows:
– fixed incorrect indicators temperature sensor the Intel iGPU;
– fixed wrong indicators frequency for some Intel iGPU (e.g. 12750 MHz);
for Nvidia’s current capacity is shown both in absolute value and in percent of TDP;
– added support for Intel Lake Coffee Refresh;
– when available, include values that Turbo Boost frequency to calculate Pixel Fillrate and Texture Fillrate.
