It’s called the Flatmobile and its Creator has done an incredibly long time before you develop your wonder of technology.
The author of the development of a unique vehicle is the British Perry Watkins (Perry Watkins). “Kulibin” from the United Kingdom, is engaged in this direction for the past thirty years.
