In particular, on Board the ship are military trucks “KAMAZ” for the transportation of personnel and tanks for transportation of fuel.
According to the website Marine Traffic, “Alexander Tkachenko,” is heading to the port of Novorossiysk, and sailed it from the Syrian city of Tartus, where he finds a Russian naval base.
This information was commented upon by Russian blogger Anatoly nesmiyan under the name “El Murid” (an adept of the “new Russia”, a critic of the policies of the Kremlin):
“Is this evidence of the beginning of the withdrawal of Russian troops, is unclear. In fact, it is often cheaper to leave equipment on site and to transfer its “ally”, than to drag back. However, it is logical to do if you’re not sure of “ally” and that it will last long enough.”
